Technical Strength

With the support of Beijing municipal government and Shunyi district government and investors, SinoGaN has built 10000, 1000 and 100 class ultra clean plants in the third generation semiconductor industrial park in Shunyi District, Beijing, with high-temperature MOCVD for deep UV LED epitaxy, MOCVD for large-size Si based GaN epitaxy, 4-inch chip lines, and various semiconductor analysis and testing equipment.

SinoGaN has a number of independent intellectual property rights and patented technologies in the field of deep UV LED, Si based Gan electronic materials and devices, covering all links of the industrial chain from epitaxial growth to chip preparation. SinoGaN provides UVA, UVB, UVC and other full band UV-LED products and GaN-on-Si epitaxial wafers for power electronics and RF electronic devices, as well as technical services such as epitaxial wafer customization, chip OEM and semiconductor test and analysis.
